The transformation
Most sweatshirts trap sweat, hold odour, and lose their shape by month three. Here's how 300gsm New Zealand merino, in a dense terry-loop knit, changes that.
Before
Cotton and synthetic crews trap sweat, hold the day's smell, and stretch out at the cuff and hem before the season's even over.
The shift
Dense terry-loop knit that's breathable, temperature-regulating, and soft against the skin — heavyweight cosiness that never feels heavy.
After
From early-morning walks to weekend lounging, over a tee or on its own. The piece you pull on when you want to feel warm, put-together, and completely comfortable.
Designed in New Zealand. Built to be lived in.
Compare the lineup
Same superfine New Zealand merino across the range. The difference is how heavy you want it, and how you plan to wear it.

Built for the way you live
Not warmth, not softness, not durability — all three. Made the way good clothing used to be made.
01 — Warmth
A dense 300gsm terry-loop knit holds real warmth — the kind you feel the moment you pull it on — yet it breathes and regulates your temperature, so you stay cosy without overheating. Warmth without the bulk, exactly when you want it.
Dense 300gsm terry-loop knit. Our warmest women's piece.
02 — Everyday
From early-morning walks to weekend lounging, over a tee or worn on its own — this is the crew you reach for when you want to feel warm and put-together at once. It moves with you, breathes when you do, and stays fresh through the kind of week where laundry isn't the priority.
Wear it more, wash it less. (Within reason — use your judgement, of course.)
03 — Real wool
Soft against the skin from the first wear — the kind of softness that makes you forget you're wearing wool at all. No itch, no scratch. Just the feeling of something honest, made from something real.
100% New Zealand merino. The same wool standard across our range, since 2016.

So soft and warm — I'll need more.
Such a versatile piece. Great as an extra layer or on its own — so soft, warm and comfortable. I'll definitely need some more of these.

Always a nice offer in the cart as well.
Faulty? Full refund. Change of mind? 30-day exchange or store credit (unless the cat slept on it) — we stand behind every piece.
Questions, answered
The honest answers to what most people ask us. If yours isn't here, get in touch.
A regular, relaxed fit — easy through the body, made for comfortable layering over a tee or long sleeve, and just as good worn on its own. Available in XS to XL; our model is 5'2" and wears a Small. If you like a roomier feel, it sits true to size.
The wool comes from New Zealand high-country flocks — the same merino standard we've used across our range since 2016. The garment is finished in China by a trusted manufacturing partner we've worked with for the same eight years.
Machine wash cold on the gentle or wool cycle, using wool detergent. Lay flat or line dry. Don't bleach. Treat it like a piece you want to keep for years, not seasons.
No to all three, when cared for properly. The superfine merino is fine enough to sit soft against bare skin — no scratch, no irritation. The dense terry-loop knit holds its shape and resists pilling. Wash on the wool cycle and lay flat, and it'll look the same in year five as it does on day one.
The Crew Sweatshirt is the heaviest piece we make at 300gsm — a cosy outer layer for cold days, in a dense terry-loop knit. The Standard and OG Long Sleeves are lighter at 200gsm: the OG is the original with our thumbloops and cuff binding, and the Standard is the everyday layer with discreet inset thumbholes. For the coldest days, layer a long sleeve underneath and finish with the Crew. Same wool standard across all three. (See the comparison above.)
You've got 30 days to exchange it for the right size or take store credit. You cover return shipping; we cover the new piece coming out to you. Faulty or not as described? Full refund, always.
Yes. The Crew Sweatshirt is made in small runs, and when a colour sells out we don't always restock it. If you've found one you love in your size, it's worth not waiting — the next batch may be a different colour, or a while away.
