Merino 365 Shipping Policy

At Merino 365, we ship orders daily from our warehouse in South Auckland, New Zealand. Whether you’re in New Zealand, Australia, or further afield, we work hard to get your gear to you quickly and safely.

Shipping & Delivery

  • 🚚 Reliable Couriers: We use Courier Post for domestic New Zealand deliveries, and Courier Post or FedEx for international orders.
  • 📦 Daily Dispatch: Orders are packed and sent out Monday to Friday. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.
  • 🇺🇸 U.S.A Orders - Duties & Taxes Included: All orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties, tariffs, and taxes are covered by us - no surprise fees on delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 📅 30-Day Satisfaction Window: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  • 📦 How to Start a Return: Contact our team at team@merino365.co.nz. We’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions for sending your items back.
  • 🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs. For international customers (including the U.S.A.), this means covering the cost of sending items back to New Zealand and, if requesting an exchange, the cost of shipping the replacement item.
  • Item Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • 🧾 Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt to help us process your return quickly.
