At Merino 365, we ship orders daily from our warehouse in South Auckland, New Zealand. Whether you're in New Zealand, the USA, or further afield, we work hard to get your gear to you quickly and safely.
Jump to your region: 🇳🇿 New Zealand · 🇺🇸 USA · 🌏 International
📦 For Everyone
- 📦 Daily Dispatch: Orders are packed and sent out Monday to Friday. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.
- ⏳ Peak Season: We still pack and ship fast during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, but postal networks slow down everywhere at peak. Delivery times during these periods are outside our control, so order early if it's a gift.
🇳🇿 New Zealand
- 🚚 Courier: We use CourierPost for all New Zealand deliveries.
- 💸 Flat Rate Shipping: One flat rate, shown at checkout.
🇺🇸 USA
- 🚚 Courier: US orders ship with NZ Post, fully tracked.
- 🇺🇸 Duties & Taxes Included: All US orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties, tariffs, and taxes are covered by us. What you pay at checkout is what you pay, with no surprise fees at the door.
- 📅 Delivery Time: Usually 7 to 14 days from dispatch. During peak season, allow extra time.
- 💸 Flat Rate Shipping: One flat rate, shown at checkout.
🌏 International
- 🚚 Courier: International orders ship with NZ Post, tracked.
- 💸 Shipping Cost: Calculated and shown at checkout.
- 🛃 Duties & Taxes: Outside the USA, your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your local customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
